A sweet and sexy fairy girl – Costume Photography

I didn’t want to leave you all  looking at a stitched up zombie fairy as we headed into the weekend…
so I decided to give you a much nicer fairy to look at.

We all have our fetishes and mine happens to be costumes.
Yep… dress up in a cute, sexy costume and I am yours!

Since I love sexy costumes so much and  have tried to stay away from the photography work of my past…
I have taken to doing a lot of costume photography over the last couple years.

Sweet Fairy Girl from my photo collection

Sweet Little fairy, cute as can be.... fly away, fly away... fly away free!

I just love taking photos and I just love costumes.
The combination has made for some really fun pictures.

Most of my photography experience is in shooting erotic and semi erotic stuff, so costumes has been the perfect hobby for me. I try to keep all the images PG rated so to speak, yet show a bit of sex appeal.
Getting a good shot that is pure, but still sexy is not as easy as it sounds.
It is a fine line to walk.

Sexy Fairy Girl Picture

Do fairies go barefoot? Yep. That is my thought anyway. I tossed the shoes because even though they matched... Fairies don't have shoes! Plus, the model has really cute feet and if a girl has cute feet it is always a nice to show them.

Now I don’t care who you are…. you have got to like this fairy much better than the one from my last post.
Have you ever seen such a cute and sexy fairy girl?
For the record… The model did all her own hair and makeup, plus put the costume together.
A fabulous job of a self done fairy makeover I must say.

So now… don’t forget guys and dolls… If you need some sexy photo work and costumes are involved…
I am the photographer to see!

Zombie Fairy

I have been ripping apart an old website, and while doing so I have been peeking at what I had on it.
What I just stumbled on was this stitched up fairy design I did for a zombie doll flash set in 2005.

Zombie Fairy tattoo Flash

My Cute (but spooky) Zombie Fairy

Why am I sharing this with you?
Probably because I am tired. It’s almost 2: am and I have been working on stuff since 9: am yesterday.
Maybe it was because I looked at it and thought… “What was I thinking?”
I have no idea what was going through my noggin back when I drew this critter.
It is too simple of a drawing to have been something I was into. I am guessing I spent less than a half hour on it from start to finish.
My best guess is that I drew it thinking it would be something somebody would like to get tattooed.
Nope, haven’t ever tattooed it on anybody. Fail on that idea.
Maybe it was because I was having morbid zombie doll thoughts and fairies are usually sweet and fun.
I just can’t remember for the life of me.

I did the drawing with prismacolor pencils. I haven’t touched a prismacolor in about 3 years.
They are my favorite. I grew up with them. I miss them. I have hundreds of them.
Maybe that is why I posted this.
It is a reminder to get out my pencils and draw something that isn’t for a client.
Draw something for myself.
Yep… that must be what this post was about.
Thank you stitched up fairy girl.

Count Chocula Tattoo

General Mills started pumping out Count Chocula cereal back in 1971.
That means I was lucky enough to grow up with this oh so healthy chocolaty breakfast treat.
I never got into Franken Berry, but Boo Berry was my favorite of the monster themed breakfast cereals.
The problem with Boo Berry is it was so hard to find unless it was getting close to Halloween.
Count Chocula on the other hand was readily available.

So Chocolate it was!

This super sweet Count Chocula tattoo owns with his old-school cereal style.

The latest addition to my ever expanding collection of cereal themed tattoos is the count himself.
Not the new style one you find on the box these days, but the old-school image that they used for all those years I ate the stuff.
The image I remember from all the awesome monster cereal commercials.
I point that out because I am not a huge fan of the new way they have rendered him. Actually I think they ruined all the monster cereal mascots.
Oh well, new days, new crowd of kids = new ways to sell stuff to them.

Anyways…. Count Chocula makes for a way pimp style and super fun tattoo.

A Red Dragon Tattoo

All in a days work.

Or maybe I should say in 2 days work… with a full month between session one and session two.  However you want to slice it, this is what I did today.

Bright Red Dragon Tattoo

The Red Dragon

The client brought in a small card from one of those role playing games people play.

I don’t remember the name of the game or the dragon, but the image on the card was about one and a half inches tall.

I tried to blow it up with a copy machine… but because it was so small it didn’t work so well and I ended up having to resort to actually using some drawing skills.

I pimped it up a bit in the process which the client loved, so I guess it was good I had to draw it. Made me take the time to pick it apart.

A red dragon for the Red Region Inferno!

If you are into the role playing game thing and recognize the dragon… yes I made the tattoo have more red than the card on purpose. The original was just way to orange and didn’t do it justice in my opinion or the clients.

Spur of the moment navel piercing

The end of the night is coming up and I am finishing my last little bit on a pretty cool tattoo of the Seattle Space needle when in walks my son.

I ask him what is up and he tells me a couple guys are coming in for navel piercings.

Back in the late 80′s and early 90′s navel piercing was a unisex thing. As many guys as gals got them… but it has changed over the years and now we do maybe one male navel a month. It is mostly girls who pierce the navel.

My son is texting back and forth with the guys and tells me they are on the way down.

Ahhh… spur of the moment piercings.

Piercing is done

Piercing is done, ring is in place. Note the lower corner of this guys beer monster tattoo... it covers a scar below his liver. The monster is coming out of the can to get his liver. Yep, he is loving on his liver at a very young age. Lotsa beer and hard A to fuel this body.

A happy client with a new navel piercing

Another happy client ready to party up the weekend with a new navel piercing to show off to his drinking buddies.

If you are wondering why I have pictures of just one of the guys it was because I thought this guys pictures showed more humor with the “Beer Monster” tattoo and his T-shirt.
Totally cracks me up.

The body piercer shown is my son O’Rion. He has been piercing professionally since 2005.

The beer moster tattoo was drawn by the client himself and applied by me a couple years ago.

The reason for this post… Simply a matter of my thinking the whole situation to be funny and the pictures kinda captured the humor.

Will the client eventually put one of those dangle charm jewelry pieces in his navel? I am doubting it. More than likely he will stretch it out to about a 2 gauge hole and keep a simple ring in it.
